Policy
The company has established a code of conduct that encourages all staff to go about their daily work knowing the standards which are expected at them, and the procedures which exist to provide fair treatment for all. General
Due to the nature of Clubwww1 business and the ever-changing market place, Clubwww1 personnel organization requires teamwork and self-discipline to be practiced by all managers and staff to provide a first class service to all clients.
Human Resources Department
Clubwww1 will determine policy and provide support wherever appropriate – responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of personnel lies within the Managing Director / General Manager of each individual office and their respective heads of department and supervisory staff.
Reference is made to the position of immediate supervisor, head of department and managing director. The immediate supervisor is the person to whom an individual reports, the head of department, is the person in charge of the local department and the managing director is the term used to describe the most senior manager with the respective regional/company office.
